Rally UP provides tools to facilitate sponsorship outreach and deal organization. Rally UP does not guarantee sponsorship outcomes. Users are responsible for their own sponsorship agreements, deliverables, and communications. Rally UP is not a payment processor and does not currently provide escrow or dispute resolution services. Full terms will be published prior to public launch.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rally UP. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You agree to use Rally UP only for lawful purposes related to sponsorship outreach and management. You may not use the platform to harass, spam, or mislead other users or brands. You are responsible for all content you upload and communications you send through the platform.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Rally UP. By uploading content, you grant Rally UP a limited license to display and transmit that content as necessary to operate the platform. Rally UP's branding, design, and software remain the property of Rally UP.
Rally UP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Rally UP is not responsible for the actions of other users or brands on the platform.
Rally UP's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of Rally UP after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
